Arugula 'SURREY'

This is a fantastic vigorous salad arugula which has a refined heavily serrated leaf shape. It has a great spicy flavor and extreme bolting tolerance. It is fast to establish even on cold soils.

Fine to medium blue green leaf, uniform, vigorous, upright, resists tip burn.

Heaviest leaf for processing and freezing.  Best for markets demanding a thicker leaf for freezing, drying, or fresh use. Organic seeds.

• Edible Flowers: Pull the florets apart and sprinkle on salads, dips, sauces, soups, stir-fries, and pizza. Great as an addition to potato salad. Flavor is of mild, sweet onion.

Fennel 'FLORENCE'

Biennial. Open Pollinated. The plant produces very flavorful large bulbs that are crisp and flavorful. Excellent to season sauces and sausage, or cooked and sauteed as a vegetable. Served fresh in salads, sauces, fish, and egg dishes.

LEMON GRASS

Cymbopogon flexuosus Lemongrass imparts a pleasant, subtle citrus flavor and aroma in foods. Frequently it's an ingredient for soups, teas and curries in southeast Asian and Indian recipes, and also valued for its essential oil and medicinal uses. Grows as an annual throughout most of the US, because it is not frost tolerant.
